Before building the Road To Carry community, Edwin was a private equity investor at Providence Equity and Tailwind Capital. While pursuing his own acquisition entrepreneurship, Edwin decided to build this community to accelerate mid-career professionals' transition to acquisition entrepreneurship.
Meg McNeal
Head of Operations
Prior to Road To Carry, Meg led program and operations functions at QuickStart Inc. and IronCircle. Drawing on over 15 years of experience building and scaling high-performance programs across product, marketing, and operations, she leads the operating systems behind the Road To Carry Accelerator, spanning cohort delivery, participant experience, and the infrastructure required to support acquisition-focused operators.
