Before building the Road To Carry community, Edwin was a private equity investor at Providence Equity and Tailwind Capital. While pursuing his own acquisition entrepreneurship, Edwin decided to build this community to accelerate mid-career professionals' transition to acquisition entrepreneurship.
Cricky Schidlowsky
Head of Operations
Prior to Road To Carry, Cricky led program operations at IronCircle and Flatiron School. Drawing on over a decade of experience building and scaling high-performance programs, she leads the operating systems behind the Road To Carry Accelerator—spanning cohort delivery, participant experience, and the infrastructure required to support acquisition-focused operators.
